Refunds
We are sure you will love everything from DiabeticDetails, however if you do need to make a return please read the below.
Our returns policy is valid for up to 14 days after the purchase date. If more than 14 days has passed we cannot accept your request. Please contact us via our email in order to make your return.
To qualify for a return your item must be undamaged and unused. If the item is damaged, used or not re-sellable we have the right to refuse your request for a refund.
To complete your return we require proof of purchase and you are required to cover the cost of shipping to return to DiabeticDetails.
We strive to make sure all our items are in great working order however if you do come across a faulty product, please get in touch via email and provide us with images showing the damage and your order number.
